By purchasing the subscription on the payment page and authorising the charges on your card for today or at a future date, you understand you are entering into a legal and binding contract with the business to pay the amount shown on the payment page, to be paid according to the billing interval shown on the payment page, and for the minimum contract term, if any, specified by the business.
You acknowledge that the credit card(s), debit card(s) or other payment method(s) you are using for this subscription is and will be valid and have sufficient funds available to be charged successfully for all future payment dates.
If for any reason, any of your payments are declined, you agree to provide an alternative, valid payment method within a reasonable timeframe as specified by the business. You understand that you may be charged a late fee(s) by the business if a payment is declined on any of the future payment dates for any reason whatsoever.
If the business is providing an ongoing physical or digital product or service, the business may decide to withhold or terminate the provision of this product or service if a payment fails in the future, with no refunds issued for past payments.
If the business has specified a minimum term for this subscription, you understand and agree to make all payments required within that term.
You understand that you are legally bound to these terms and required by law to make all payments based on the billing interval specified and for the minimum contract term, if any, specified by the business.
The business reserves the right to report delinquent payments to credit agencies and collections agencies.
The business is not responsible for any financial losses caused by not receiving the phone call alert for some reason.
You are allowed to only use this service with your own phone number.
By subscribing, the customer understands that this service requires the Essential package (or higher) of TradingView because the normal version doesn't have webhook support.
By subscribing, the customer accepts that after making over 500 calls in one month, the subscription price will temporarily rise according to what is said in our FAQ: https://www.callhook.pro/faq
